We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Data Team in Haifa. In this role, you will leverage data to drive decision-making, uncover insights into patient behavior, and enhance our products impact on health outcomes. Your ability to analyze complex datasets, generate actionable insights, and learn independently in a fast-paced environment will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities:
Become a subject matter expert on data, ensuring quick and reliable access to insights that support business and product decisions.
Conduct deep-dive analyses on user engagement and patient behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
Develop and present analytical reports to stakeholders, helping shape product strategy and drive business value.
Collaborate with Data Engineers and Product Managers to improve data quality, define key metrics, and optimize data collection processes.
Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively suggest innovative ways to leverage data for business growth.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong track record of turning data into meaningful insights.
Advanced skills a must.
Proficiency with Tableau a must.
Proficiency with other BI tools an advantage
Strong analytical and statistical skills, with experience handling complex data to drive decision-making.
Ability to select the right visualization for the right analysis, ensuring data is presented in the most effective and insightful way.
Proven ability to learn quickly and work independently in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Excellent communication skills the ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in problem-solving with imperfect data and ambiguous scenarios.
