A Day in Your Life:
Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend solutions to support business needs.
Review and provide constructive feedback on design proposals, ensuring high-quality implementations.
Maintain, extend, and improve existing backend services to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability.
Collaborate with frontend developers to support end-to-end solution delivery when necessary.
Conduct code reviews to uphold best practices and maintain a high standard of code quality.
Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Monitor production backend services, ensuring high availability, performance, and rapid incident resolution.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in backend development with a strong grasp of system design and architecture.
At least 2 years of experience in frontend development (React/Vue/Angular).
Proven expertise in Microservices architecture and designing scalable services.
Deep understanding of synchronous and asynchronous flows.
Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
Proficiency in at least one of the following backend languages: Go (preferred), Python, or Node.js.
Experience working with NoSQL databases.
Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of designing efficient, scalable solutions.
