The Ecosystems Engineering group is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join our growing team.
In this role, you will work on Edge Manager project, built on RHEL, OpenShift platform technology, Ansible and the Kubernetes cluster management system. You'll be responsible for all aspects of quality for Edge Manager, including designing test plans, extending automation coverage and frameworks, and developing new automated tests and infrastructure. You will make sure our testing standards fulfill the highest possible enterprise quality. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will gain a deep technical understanding of a variety of popular technologies, including RHEL, containers, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Ansible, focused on deep integration of AI stack and tools
You will also be working closely with the product management, other engineering groups within, and with partners and potential customers.

What you will do:
Work in a fast-paced Agile global environment of talented Engineers
Execute manual and automated tests and deliver clear status in a timely manner.
Conduct failure analysis, explore, identify and document new bugs, advocate for the resolution of bugs and communicate the impact on customers to developers and support;
Coordinate cross components teams to be responsible for bug verification, regression testing.
Work with the product release related teams to be responsible for the product delivery related testing;
Design, develop and maintain automation frameworks, CI and scripts with Python or Golang for RHEM testing and implementation
Work closely with team members, bring new ideas to the table and create close collaborations across the organization
Write high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code on open source repositories
Participate in code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior engineers
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI frameworks and new technologies

We are looking for a Validation and Verification (V&V) Engineer to join our team and play a key role in system testing for multidisciplinary IoT products within our Water Management Ecosystem.
Main Responsibilities:
● Designing a testing strategy, creating test plans based on system requirements
● Writing tests ready for automation
● Testing electrical, functional, communication, and integration aspects of a product throughout its life cycle
● Writing test reports, Fault documentation, verification of resolved issues,
● Participating actively in integration activities and complex failure analysis
● Working closely with the departments of Software, Firmware, Hardware, and Mechanical Engineering as well as System Engineering

A Manager to lead our newly-formed AI Workflow Validation & Testing function within the AI Platform Core Components (AIPCC) team. This team will safeguard the reliability of real-world customer workflows by using AI to replicate and test actual end-user deployment scenarios at scale.

Our mission is simple but critical: make sure nothing breaks what customers actually do. As the team manager, youll build and guide a cross-functional group of engineers who use AI tools and human insight to run automated regression tests, simulate key workflows, and flag breakages before customers ever see them. Youll help set the standard for AI-enhanced product validation, ensuring that rapid development never compromises real-world reliability.

What You Will Do:
Lead and grow a cross-functional testing team focused on end-to-end workflow validation, not exploratory usability testing
Develop a regression-first test strategy rooted in replicating key customer workflows across platforms
Build scalable systems that simulate user behavior and validate product stability after each release
Leverage AI tooling (e.g., Testim, Diffblue, GPT, Lookback) to automate test execution, data synthesis, and failure detection
Collaborate with Engineering and Product to rapidly triage regressions and workflow breakages into actionable fixes
Design and evolve AI Lightspeed as an internal workflow automation system, with potential for future productization
Establish clear metrics for product reliability rooted in task success and regression coveragenot user perception
Represent the teams work in roadmap and release planning conversations, ensuring product confidence at every milestone

The complex system is based on innovative concept with many new patents and algorithms and includes video processing and advanced video compression methods, RF, OFDM modem, Wireless transmission, ASIC & FPGA ICs, several processors integration including their software and User interfaces.
