We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer.
UX/UI designers are empowered to solve hard business problems through user-centered design. They work in close collaboration with product managers and engineers, and they enjoy a high level of autonomy. They practice true continuous Product Discovery, interact directly and frequently with our customers and users, conduct user research and usability tests, and they enjoy access to a variety of data sources to support their decisions. Responsibilities:
Identify and understand user behavior and challenges through direct and frequent interactions with customers, in which you will conduct user research activities (interviews, observations) and usability tests, as well as through close collaboration with product managers, peer UX/UI designers, customer success managers and other stakeholders and come up with creative, intuitive, feasible and viable solutions.
Continuously test your ideas with customers and internal stakeholders using wireframes, mockups and prototypes
Translate these solutions into detailed designs and clearly articulated requirements for new features and for improvements to existing features.
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to groom user stories, verify correct implementation, prioritize and provide solutions to challenges and difficulties in real time.
Collect, analyze and present product analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Stay current with industry knowledge and best practices for UX and UI design.

We seek a Senior Product Designer to join our Design Team, consisting of Designers and UX Researchers within the DevOps group. As part of this team, you will be responsible for designing the worlds leading platform for software development management. In this role, youll take on complex design challenges, transforming them into intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly experiences. You will be part of our company-wide Design Guild, and work within a product squad collaborating with PMs, User Researchers, R&D, Technical Writers, and Data Analysts.
As a Senior UX/UI Product Designer you will
Lead the full design cycle (UX & UI), from discovery to ideation, validation, and pixel-perfect UI design for development
Solve complex product challenges within our SaaS platform
Validate designs through mockups, prototypes, and usability tests, iterating rapidly based on feedback
Be the user advocate in your squad, and promote the UCD mindset amongst your peers to create data-driven, user-centered solutions
Identify opportunities for improvement in work processes and collaborations, and actively lead efforts to promote solutions across teams

As a Senior UX Researcher, you will be a driving force in shaping the user experience of our Enterprise & EMEA products. You will operate with significant autonomy, taking ownership of research projects from inception to impact. You will be responsible for proactively identifying research opportunities, defining objectives, and executing studies that deliver critical insights to product strategy and design. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will be the voice of the user, ensuring our offerings resonate with the diverse needs and workflows of our global enterprise user base.
