we are Looking for a Creative & Motivated Product Manager
we are looking for a creative, experienced product manager to lead the companys strategic products in the fields of automotive, robotics, and telecom. we design and develops wireless power platforms (reference designs) which are integrated by leading OEMs, tier suppliers, ODMs, and semiconductors companies.
The Product Management group is responsible for defining product specifications, requirements and roadmap. Supporting all sales activities and efforts; Marketing materials, customer presentations and product demonstrations, supporting customer projects and technological partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for product platform life cycle: analyze and assess market requirements, product requirements, see-through development cycle with CTO & RD teams, and delivery to the end customer.
Strategic planning and creation of product roadmaps, based on methodological market analysis and creativity
Responsible for product specifications (MRD, PRD). Leading product activities with RD, and new product development with the CTO team.
Analysis of customer requirements, specifications, and architectures to identify potential opportunities and market needs
Create and deliver product collaterals including product presentations, datasheets, and case studies
Supporting customer product evaluation process from product presentation, technical discussion, POCs, and commercial phases
Act as a focal-point while working closely with all areas of the company as Research, Development, Project Management, Marketing, Business Development, and Sales

The product manager will be responsible for the complete management of the commercial aspects of the product, including strategy, budgeting, business plan, and execution, as well as checking if it meets its target. Responsibilities:
Collect in-field, cross-functional, and market analysis data and synthesize insights and stakeholders’ behavior and drivers Work with a cross-functional team to build a strategic business cross-functional plan based on strategic objectives and define KPIs Build a tactical plan including innovative tactics and omni-channel plan to meet strategic objectives Execute tactical plan according to KPIs, objectives, and timelines Prepare & execute a budget plan Build and manage a territory plan Develop marketing material for in-field use in collaboration with the partner and according to local regulatory requirements Working with the medical manager to analyze scientific data and present to stakeholders, Troubleshoot, and handle objections handling. Work in accordance with the company code of ethics and guidelines laid down by the regulatory department. Work with the internal team to find solutions to get things done in a simplified way. Business meetings with overseas partners, training sessions, conferences, etc. Participation in conferences in Israel and abroad according to strategic priorities.

The product manager supports portfolio expansion and market development and collaborates closely with internal and external teams, such as the Medical Affairs and the Market Access department, local payers, and budget holders. The role combines working in the field and office, and traveling overseas when necessary.

*  Planning and achieving marketing goals, including profitability and sales targets for the existing portfolio, and regular monitoring of the market trends, planning short-term and long-term strategies, and driving initiatives to support the plan
*  Developing innovative strategic plans and intensive operational marketing plans
*  Project Management: Identifying and driving critical projects that generate exponential growth
*  Competitive intelligence: Monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities; adjusting marketing strategy and planning to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
* Ensure program implementation for existing brands and monitor implementation within the allocated budget.
* Building business cases and ensuring approval of identified opportunities with new product launches.

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Ten or more years of project management, product design or related experience needed.
