We are looking for a Risk Analyst to help us build, design, and manage risk analytics & reporting for our existing portfolio of merchants across all operating countries. Youll be responsible for developing, publishing, and fine-tuning the analytics and reporting requirements for Global business for the Risk team.
The role requires strong Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Visualization skills and the ability to explain complex situations and concepts through data-driven storytelling.
This role also has scope for building risk models for our existing portfolio of merchants to mitigate the existing financial risk. Modelers will be taking the responsibility of defining the problem statement, building the solution, and offering an optimal strategic approach to implement the solution within the existing ecosystem and showcase value addition.
The role will require coordination with teams within Risk and across and managing senior stakeholders within the Risk function. Key Responsibilities:
Own (Build and maintain) the Risk reporting area for the Global Risk team and publish reports aligning with the requirement timeline

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior BI Analyst to build our Tableau environment from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of data visualization principles, and the expertise to transform data into actionable insights. You will play a single and critical role in designing, developing, and implementing Tableau dashboards and reports that facilitate data-driven decision-making within our organization. Responsibilities:
* Environment Setup: Establish and configure the Tableau environment, including server setup, user access, and security protocols.
* Data Integration: Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams to gather, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources (Salesforce, MongoDB, APIs) into Tableau.
* Dashboard Development: Design, create, and maintain interactive and user-friendly
* Tableau dashboards and reports that meet the needs of various stakeholders across the organization.
* Data Modeling: Develop and document data models and schemas to ensure efficient data retrieval and analysis.
* Business Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business users to understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical specifications.
* Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of Tableau reports and dashboards, ensuring they meet performance standards and are scalable.
* Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, guiding them on how to utilize Tableau for self-service analytics.
* Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the Tableau environment, data sources, dashboards, and user training materials.
* Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest Tableau features and best practices, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance and optimize the reporting capabilities.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience with Tableau, including dashboard creation, data visualization, and server management.
* Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes.
* Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams - Must have
* Experience with Python for statistical analysis and modeling — an advantage.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.

As couriers have complete freedom to choose when to go online and which tasks to approve, their behavior affects our overall levels of service and metrics. Optimizing and molding their behavior via analytical insights is an everyday, game-changing mission. For this mission, amongst other things, you will be developing and optimizing payment models, researching challenges and opportunities in our day-to-day operations, raising flags and providing analytical insights to other operations teams.

What youll be doing
Monitor and analyze core operational KPIs (courier income, task acceptance rate, delivery times, efficiency, etc.)
Conduct data analysis to derive meaningful insights and trends that go beyond surface-level observations
Implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Develop processes & tools to balance between KPIs and find optimization opportunities.
Design, build, and monitor courier payment models that are fair and lucrative for couriers while aligning with business goals.
Support our geographic expansion over the country as well as our expansion into new product lines and business projects.
Collaborate with other teams locally and globally - such as product, global operations, and analytics.
Requirements:
6+ years of hands-on experience as a business analyst.
Python/R/Similar programming language - must.
SQL- must.
Proficiency in data analysis and advanced data analysis BI tools: Looker, PowerBI
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Thorough and organized - you accomplish tasks with all ends tied and have great attention to detail.
Attitude - proactive person who takes ownership beyond the obvious.
Problem-solver approach - a team player with the ability to work with stakeholders, translating their needs into requirements, and implementing the right solution.
Fluent in Hebrew and English as you will be working with different teams locally and globally.
