The Graphic Studio Manager is responsible for the management, development and leadership of the graphic design team while maintaining the company's brand identity and design guidelines. Responsibilities include end-to-end management of graphic projects, collaborating with various departments, creating marketing materials, updating and maintaining the brand book and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading and managing the studio team: managing the internal design team and external service providers, encouraging professional development and ensuring a creative and productive working environment.
Brand management and updating the brand book: develop, update and maintain the companys visual and graphic language and ensure it aligns with evolving marketing and business needs.
Cross-departmental collaboration: Work closely with various departments to create visual content, design campaigns and develop new materials.
Marketing materials creation: Develop and produce promotional materials, presentations, banners, catalogs, packaging, digital campaigns and more.
Graphics project management: Lead design processes from concept to execution, ensure deadlines are met and maintain close collaboration with marketing managers.
Working in a global environment: Create graphic materials tailored for international markets.
External supplier management: Coordinate collaboration with external service providers, monitor production processes and ensure the highest quality of delivered products.
Innovation and development: Keep up to date with current design trends and incorporate them into the companys ongoing activities.
Team training: Provide training and professional guidance to the design team and support the development of their skills and capabilities.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience managing a graphics studio, preferably in a global environment.
Full mastery of design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and PowerPoint.
Experience working with global brands, including managing and updating brand books.
Proven knowledge and experience in creating marketing materials for digital and print media.
Strong experience in team management and leading design processes from concept to final delivery.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
Very good command of spoken, written and typed English.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Creativity, innovative thinking and decisiveness.
Experience in digital marketing an advantage.
