We are seeking an experienced Engineering Team Lead to head one of our three engineering teams. This team will comprise BE, FE and mobile developers, and a QA engineer. As the team lead, you will be responsible for guiding the team, ensuring successful delivery of projects, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of backend, frontend, mobile developers, and QA engineers.

As a leader of the server development team, you'll be responsible for designing and building backend systems and game features. This includes everything from databases to server logic, network communication, client-backend logic, and more. Youll work closely with other developers and designers to meet the demands of the fast-paced mobile games industry. If you are an experienced and self-taught person who is willing to pursue technical challenges in the course of developing gaming server systems, then this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the server development team in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable backend systems for mobile games.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including game designers, client developers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality game features.
