Responsibilities:
As a Strategic product analyst at Analytics group, you will play a critical role in expanding our data-driven vision by leading the analytical aspects of various products and services, focusing on:
Designing and reflecting products KPIs and performing trend analysis with key stakeholders
Conducting decision-support analysis for development and operations
Building customer-facing and value demonstration analytics products
Constantly improving our Analytics knowledge base and data platforms

As a Senior Product Analyst specializing in Platform Analytics, you will be instrumental in advancing our platform's data-driven approach by focusing on:
Analyzing platform usage patterns and deriving actionable insights to optimize user engagement and satisfaction
Supporting the development of new features by monitoring early adoption, user interactions, and performance
Partnering with Product Managers to establish and track key feature KPIs, assessing impact, and recommending enhancements
Developing dashboards and reports that provide visibility into platform health, user behavior, and key usage trends for stakeholders
Collaborating with Customer Success and Product teams to understand and address user pain points, drive improvements and reduce churn
Continuously enhancing our analytics processes and data platforms to support agile and accurate insights for platform optimization

The Product Business Intelligence team is looking for an experienced, data-driven, and highly motivated senior data analyst to join our data team that is responsible for the IronSource network. Our team's mission is growing the network through data driven insights and decision making. In team we partner with leadership, product managers, engineers, revenue teams, and other stakeholders, to uncover opportunities, deliver actionable insights, and provide recommendations that drive business outcomes and address IronSource's data and analytical needs.

What you'll be doing:
Partner with leadership and Product to develop long term strategy and leverage data-driven insights to provide recommendations, breaking down strategic opportunities into actionable, clear roadmaps.
Define, instrument, and monitor key product and network KPIs to track progress, evaluate product performance, and assess overall health.
Identify and promote opportunities for impact across different product areas while analyze large datasets from multiple products to deliver insights that will guide product development.
Identify, evaluate, and support the execution of key business opportunities with data-backed insights, ensuring measurable outcomes
Own, maintain, and develop the reporting data pipeline for specific products and custom dashboards.
Work with various relational and non-relational databases, including Presto, BigQuery, Redshift, MySQL, and more.
