Job description
Lead and scale demand generation efforts across paid channels, organic (SEO), and outbound marketing
Develop an effective outbound strategy in collaboration with the SDR team to generate high-quality leads
Own and execute the ABM approach, using intent data and personalized campaigns to engage high-value accounts
Optimize the marketing-to-sales funnel by improving handovers, enhancing pipeline quality, and tracking performance
Implement a data-driven marketing mindset by building dashboards, tracking KPIs, and refining efforts based on insights
Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success to align growth initiatives with overall company goals.
Requirements:
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, especially in building and scaling demand generation engines
Deep hands-on experience in outbound, SEO, and paid acquisition
A track record of driving pipeline and revenue
Experience leading or growing a marketing team
Strong command of marketing and sales tools: Salesforce, Pardot, Apollo, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.
Excellent communication skills in English
