As a Staff Product Designer in this team, you will lead a design team which constantly ships experiences that affect the lives of millions by establishing and driving design principles that solve complex UX problems.
You will have the opportunity to imagine, create and test new product concepts with cross-functional teams in Product Management, Data Science, and Engineering and influence the product roadmap based on joint product vision and user feedback.

You should be comfortable moving fast and collaborate across teams, geographies and cultures.

Join our companys Futures team as a Staff Product designer. The Futures team develops and incubates emerging technologies, user experiences, and capabilities that will transform the future of our customers, products, and business. Our work focuses on solving problems for our customers, small businesses and consumers, with technologies such as AI and leading edge fintech. We work with teams across our company to influence and contribute to our companys business and strategy. In this role, you will have end-to-end responsibilities from spearheading to launching the next generation of customer experiences and capabilities for our current and future customers. You will be part of a small multi-talented team of engineers and product managers, incubating trajectory changing experiences and services for our company.
Responsibilities
Apply strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences that optimize among user needs, business goals, and technological realities across web & mobile platforms
Take ideas and concepts, and visualize them in such that they are communicated effectively and compellingly for internal leaders, partners and customers
Turn visions into concepts and translate those concepts into designs that illustrate simplicity, despite complexity of the system
Directly responsible for delivering User Experience visions, UI specifications, wireframes and prototypes
Collaborate effectively with researchers, product management, development, marketing, and other team members
Use facilitative leadership skills to drive to the best outcome for stakeholders, resulting in others learning from you, and inspiring others to want to work with you
Participate in and foster the company Experience Design Community and mentor junior members of the design team
Four-year degree in Human Computer Interaction, graphic design, or other relevant field. Graduate degree a plus.

In your role, you will be responsible for:
Collaborate in the UI design and graphic assets of a unique platform for monitoring and controlling automotive mobility.
Working with a team of talented graphic designers from around the world, specializing in product design and marketing materials.
Designing layouts and producing graphics for digital and marketing materials, to include infographics, webpage assets, and a variety of deliverables for presentations and events.
Working closely with stake holders from various departments, developing ideas, creating and suggesting design concepts, and prototypes for new projects.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects and to meet deadlines.
Ensure that deliverables fulfil their purpose and best convey their ideas, while addressing the needs of each project and remaining within the style and scope as defined by the company.
Testing website asset graphics and functionality across various media and devices.
