As a Technical Lead you will
Architect and Develop: Design, implement, and oversee robust data integration frameworks utilizing C# (.NET Core/8), ensuring high performance and scalability.
Distributed Systems Management: Lead the development and maintenance of distributed systems, ensuring data consistency and reliability across platforms.
Enterprise Software Leadership: Drive the development of enterprise-level software solutions, ensuring they meet organizational standards and client requirements.
Azure Knowledge: Deep expertise with Azure public cloud offering for ensuring seamless cloud integration and deployment.
Big Data Expertise: Apply real-world big data experience to manage and optimize large datasets, ensuring efficient processing and storage.
Microservices Architecture: Design and implement event-driven microservices architectures, promoting modularity and scalability.
Data Engineering Oversight: Lead data engineering efforts, ensuring data pipelines are efficient, reliable, and scalable.

Location Kfar Saba, Israel (hybrid model) As a Software Team Leader in LiveU Core group, you will:
* Lead a dynamic Agile Scrum team of 2–3 developers and 1–2 QA engineers.
* Drive end-to-end execution of complex R&D projects—from design, development and testing to deployment.
* Promote engineering best practices, including clean code principles and test-driven development.
* Mentor and support the professional growth of your team members - guiding developers through technical challenges, career development, and skill-building opportunities
* Develop versatile and high-performance features for LiveU’s video-over-IP platform.
* Collaborate with other Scrum teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative product capabilities.

As the Director of Software Engineering, you will lead a team of talented engineers, driving the development and delivery of high-quality software products. You will play a key role in defining technical strategies, managing resources, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. You will also be responsible for managing teams from multiple countries, ensuring seamless collaboration and integration across different regions.

Strategy: Define and implement technical strategies and roadmaps, ensuring they align with business goals and drive the company forward.
Development: Oversee the design, development, and delivery of software products, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
Resource Management: Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure teams have the tools and support they need to succeed.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including product management, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to engineering managers and team leads, helping them grow and develop their skills.
