Tasks control in the system: Daily monitoring of the real-time data and information received from customers into the system.
Identify, analyze and solve problems in real-time. Reporting to relevant departments about various matters.
Provide technical support for the Success Managers
Assist the on-boarding of new customers in the system
Generate special reports based on existing data
Requirements: A strong scientific or technological background is required. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in agriculture or biology.
experience in preparing detailed reports, analyzing data, and creating presentations.
