Your Day to Day
Lead and manage a dynamic group of digital design and verification engineers focused on developing innovative image sensors and ISP solutions.
Define and prioritize project objectives, timelines, and deliverables to align with our companys strategic goals.
Oversee the design and verification process of ASIC and FPGA projects through system integration to our innovative image sensing solutions.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including analog design, firmware, and software engineers, to ensure seamless product integration and performance.
Analyze and optimize digital signal processing algorithms and FPGA implementations to enhance image quality and sensor performance.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to your team members, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.

Work with partner teams to provide the compute, storage and methodology needs of the chip design, verification and physical design teams.
Collaborate with Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) teams to implement tools and methodologies.
Design and implement CAD tools, solutions and methodologies for ASIC development.
Extend the capabilities of third-party tools through their dedicated APIs.
Provide documentation, training, and support to increase end user productivity.

We are looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer to join our Product Engineering Team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated test programs for hardware validation and production testing. You will work closely with hardware engineers to define test strategies, ensure seamless SW-HW integration, and optimize test environments to improve efficiency and reliability.

Responsibilities:

Learning system and SW requirements for proper implementation of HW-SW interface
Designing a configurable and very low-latency challenging RTL
Bringing the state-of-the-art FPGA to its limits with regards to logic & timing optimization
End2end ownership of the entire coding process (Arch->uArch->Design->Implementation)

Collaborate with Architecture, Design and Verification teams to develop new product bring-up, validation, characterization, qualification strategies and manufacturing test solutions for new High Performance Computing (HPC) products in advanced process technologies.
Verify test solutions on pre-silicon models (simulation or emulation) and develop ATE test modules, DC tests, binning, production and characterization flows.
Develop and validate test programs on Automated Test Equipment (ATE) platforms for new product integration (NPI) in preparation for high volume manufacturing (HVM), working with ATE vendors.
Support product, volume data analysis of screening and characterization data, test time and yield improvements, assess test escapees and Return Materials/Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs), localize failures, implement containment measures and partner with design, manufacturing, quality and reliability teams to root cause and implement corrective actions.
Develop tools, flows and methodologies to improve and automate the testing.

Execute activities in the design, implementation, and verification of Design for Testing solutions for Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASICs).
Develop DFT strategy for hierarchical DFT, Scan, and Automatic Test Pattern Generation (ATPG).
Perform ATPG scan, cover debug and motivate design fixes for coverage and quality improvements.
Perform scan verification at Register-Transfer Level (RTL) and gate level.
Work with other Engineering teams (e.g., Design, Verification, Physical Design) to ensure that DFT Scan requirements are met and mutual dependencies are managed.

Test plan definition
Defining verification flows and creating the proper infrastructure to support it

Plan the verification of digital design blocks by understanding the design specification, and interacting with design engineers to identify important verification scenarios.
Lead a team of chip engineers. Plan tasks, allocate people, and hold verification design/code reviews.
Perform code development for critical verification features and capabilities.
Work with system, software, design, and physical implementation stakeholders to make technical decisions and represent project status throughout the development process.
Lead design verification efforts and work with external and internal partners.
