Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead a full-stack development team working with Python, React, multiple DBs and hosted on the AWS cloud . This role requires both strong leadership and hands-on development skills. You will manage a distributed team based in Israel and Bulgaria , drive technical excellence, and ensure high-quality delivery in a fast-moving startup environment. Key Responsibilities

* Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers (Israel & Bulgaria).
* Take hands-on ownership of complex technical challenges and software architecture.
* Develop, optimize, and maintain applications using Python (backend) and React (frontend)
* Oversee and implement AWS cloud solutions , ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
* Apply DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code.
* Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-impact features.
* Foster a high-performance engineering culture , emphasizing quality, speed, and collaboration. Manage code reviews, technical roadmaps, and sprint planning in an Agile/Scrum environment.
