We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team.
The work is on-site at our Shoham offices.
Responsibilities:
Managing and leading the Quality Assurance, including testing and validation activities.
Develop and Maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS). Implementing quality policies and procedures
Conducting internal and external audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements
Supplier Qualification: Participate in qualification and auditing of suppliers to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Managing quality processes to address deviations and customer complaints
Working with suppliers and customers to ensure product quality (hardware and software)
Change Control: Initiate, manage and assess change control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Analyze RMA statistics and implement improvement initiatives.
Document Control and Change Management
Training and Education
Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar quality role within a high-tech hardware global company
Hands-on and team leading experience in quality assurance, testing and validation
Familiarity with development processes and the transition from development to production
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High-level English proficiency
