We are looking for a Market Researcher (Maternity Leave Replacement) to join our data Department. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and delivering a wide range of consumer and business research initiatives, including quantitative surveys and qualitative in-depth interviews. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to uncover actionable insights that support data -driven decision-making. We are looking for someone with a strong mixed-methods background and the ability to integrate diverse sources of insights into clear business recommendations. You are passionate about understanding customer behavior and connecting research findings with data to generate meaningful business impact. You are results-oriented, able to ask - and answer - meaningful and impactful business questions, a self-starter, and have demonstrated success in leveraging analytics to drive high-quality research outcomes. This role requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within the broader data Department. Prior experience with Qualtrics is considered a strong advantage This is a temporary maternity leave cover position. Future opportunities may be considered, depending on business needs.
What am I going to do?:
* Leading end-to-end research projects, including building a research plan, designing research tools, data collection and analysis.
* Designing and executing quantitative surveys using a range of social sciences methods.
* Conducting statistical analysis of surveys through the lens of business impact and growth.
* Designing and executing qualitative research - customer in-depth interviews.
* Communicating results to key stakeholders and distilling actionable recommendations to support decision making.
* Collaborate closely with team members from the market research and data teams.
* Working with internal partners (including product, marketing, business and data teams) to identify and prioritize knowledge gaps in our understanding, and act as an internal consultant on research results implementation.

Requirements: * BA/ MA in social science (e.g. Psychology, Sociology) with experience in answering social questions.
* 2-3 years of experience in executing hands-on, primary research.
* Knowledge in quantitative research methodologies and design (e.g., building research plans and questionnaires, sampling methodologies, statistical data analysis).
* High proficiency in statistical tools (Qualtrics/ SPSS- must, SQL/ Python - an advantage).
* Experience in conducting and analyzing qualitative research, primarily in-depth interviews.
* Excellent communicator and storyteller.
