We are seeking an experienced Application Security Architect to join our Cyber Team. As an Application Security Architect, you will be responsible for overall Application Security standards, guidelines, and requirements for different groups . Your expertise in secure architecture, design, and SSDLC will play a crucial role in ensuring the security of our products and the protection of our sensitive financial data. This is a strategic position that offers an opportunity to shape and drive the security initiatives of our cutting-edge fintech solutions.

What youll be spending your time on:

Review and approve secure architecture designs for all developments for customers, partners, integrators or in-house solutions, considering best practices, regulatory requirements and business objectives.
Assist in creating or researching for security solutions solving security challenges, both on-prem and in the cloud.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mainly R&D and DevOps/DevSecOps) to define security requirements and design robust security controls for systems, both on-prem and in the cloud.
Provide technical guidance and expertise to internal teams in selecting and integrating in-house solutions or third-party vendors.
Design and implement cloud security solutions, such as network security, identity and access management, data protection and encryption.
Stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies, threats, and trends, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Serve as a subject matter expert on application security, providing guidance and mentorship to other teams in the company.

As a Security Architect within our Engineering Security, Security Architecture team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and maintaining the security posture of our organization. You will provide governance and guidance on security measures in product development and operations, ensuring our products and systems are robust and resilient against threats.
As a member of the Engineering Security team in R&D, you will be a part of a diverse, cross-company product security group in Engineering, continuously raising the security bar and enhancing the Engineering security posture. Providing guidance to Engineering and Product Management on defining and prioritizing the development of secure product offerings.
This role requires a security professional who is also a thought leader with deep technical expertise and a passion for mentoring others.
Provide governance and guidance on security measures in product development and operations.
Lead cross-functional security initiatives and oversee the implementation of security policies.
Define and promote cross-company security best practices and cloud security architectures.
Establish and maintain secure development guidelines and standards.
Govern and participate in threat modeling, design reviews, and code reviews to ensure security standards are met.
Deliver training sessions and security awareness activities to engineering teams.
Lead and guide product incident response efforts, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Review and update security policies to align with evolving threats and organizational needs.
Support internal and external penetration testing services.
