The role includes management of creative teams on multiple brands, and responsibility for the creative product from end to end, including data analysis, strategy, ideation, copywriting, production, design, video editing, and processes of ad-optimization projects and the development of new and existing brands.
Requirements: 5 years of experience in the management of large creative teams.
Experience in digital marketing/advertising, performance, and data analysis
Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of an ad: Strategy, ideation, writing, design, pre-production, production, video editing and motion graphics.
Both analytical and creative, capable of analyzing data - and enjoying it.
High EQ, a natural leader with highly evolved interpersonal skills.
Capacity to manage multiple people, verticals, processes and projects.
Master of ideation, storytelling and scriptwriting of ads.
A sharp strategic thinker and a fast creative problem solver.
Deep knowledge and understanding of ad design and art direction.
Keen eye for video editing storytelling and motion graphics.
An award-winning creative portfolio.
Excellent English (Native English - an advantage)
B.A. in relevant fields - an advantage.
