Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle of key platform domainsdesign, development, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
Shape and implement a technical vision, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
Oversee the architecture and development of data-intensive and web applications, with a strong focus on performance and scalability.
Build and manage integrations with external platforms and APIs (e.g., Google, Facebook, TikTok).
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth communication and alignment with other departments.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the team while promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
Actively contribute to planning and sprint execution, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term goals.
Partial hands-on involvement with technologies such as Python, Node.js, and React.
Requirements: A degree in Computer Science or a similar field, or equivalent military training in a related discipline.
5+ years in development roles, ideally within fast-paced, dynamic environments such as startups.
At least 3 years of experience managing and leading technical teams.
Expertise in designing and managing data-centric systems.
Advanced proficiency in Python.
Demonstrated experience creating scalable microservices architecture with complex business workflows.
Solid experience working with both relational and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with React is an added advantage.
Skilled in code reviews and providing technical mentorship.
Exceptional leadership abilities to inspire, engage, and align a team toward common goals.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to foster teamwork.
