Our ML Platform team is responsible for building our companys ML serving platform, which hosts all of the companys ML and Gen AI models. Our goal is to create streamlined processes to bring functional research code and AI models to production grade systems, where millions of our apps users enjoy this magic.
Your day-to-day job will involve
Take a key role in designing and building our ML platform, working closely with our devops engineers, researchers and product engineering teams.
Design and develop reliable and scalable production core services that are used by millions of users of our apps every day.
Brainstorming feature design, system architecture improvements and troubleshooting.
Work with cross-functional teams across our company to understand their needs and translate them into platform capabilities.
Learn and apply industry best practices and share this knowledge with other teams through guidance, lectures and workshops.
Write clean, maintainable and testable code, and inspire others to do the same

As a Senior Backend Engineer, youll work within our core R&D center as a member of our Backend Team. Youll design, develop, implement, maintain and troubleshoot in a cutting-edge environment. Within our infrastructure, youll focus on building optimized, scalable and innovative designs.

What You'll Do:
Be responsible for implementing microservices from design to production.
Take ownership of development, maintenance, testing strategy, design discussions, and operations.
Participate in all aspects of agile software development including design, implementation, and deployment.
Responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of new product features / components
Ensuring application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful application design
Research and suggest new technologies for boosting the product.
Have an impact on product development by making important technical decisions, influencing the system architecture, development practices and more.

We are looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our R&D office in Tel Aviv. The position is to be part of a development team responsible for our application backend group. The goal of our team is to provide us with a flexible and scalable backend to serve multiple apps and millions of users. You will work on challenging tasks such as new features, stability enhancements, security improvements, infra updates, and performance issues which have a direct impact our services worldwide.

What Youll Do:
Design and implement scalable microservices and APIs using modern tech stacks ensuring high performance and reliability for our ever growing customer base.
Collaborate with product and frontend teams to architect solutions that handle millions of daily transactions.
Design and lead epics within the team and across multiple teams.
Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices
Drive technical decisions around service architecture, balance trade offs and manage risk.
Define and implement effective cloud infrastructure scaling solutions.
Handle on-call responsibilities and lead incident response when critical production issues arise.

We are looking for a hands-on Backend Team Lead to join our team and make a real impact in our Jerusalem R&D department! As a Backend Team Lead, your mission will be to lead a team of software engineers toward the development of exciting new products while staying close to the ground with hands-on coding. You will influence the team's technical direction as well as onboard, mentor, and manage talented developers. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the full development life cycle, including design, architecture, and collaboration with product stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable code using agile methodologies.

We seek someone extremely technical with leadership experience who loves to solve interesting tech challenges, can see the big picture, and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership paired with excellent communication skills.
This position will be based out of our Jerusalem hub and will report to the VP of R&D.
What you will be responsible for
Management: onboard, mentor and manage team members HR aspects (time off, 1:1, plan and evaluate employee growth, etc.)
Hands-on development (~30%)
Break down and plan tasks, including high-level design
Run team sync meetings to identify blockers and communicate cross-team
Monitor the system's stability
Develop high-level estimations for all work items
Manage the Jira board and inter-team communication
Push for shipping high-quality products on time
Own relevant repos, codebase, CI/CD pipeline, and DevOps of the teams infrastructure
Own tech decisions and initiate decision-making discussions
Update, upgrade, monitor, and replace 3rd party libs
