As an FP&A Business Partner for the R&D Development Group, you will play a key role in driving financial planning and strategic decision-making. You will partner closely with R&D and engineering teams, ensuring financial alignment with business objectives, particularly in NPI and development initiatives.

Business Partnering: Collaborate with development teams, providing financial insights, budget control, and decision support.

We're in search for a talented Billing Operations & Financial Data Analyst - a data-driven professional who can seamlessly blend billing operations oversight with financial analysis and data insight. This role is ideal for someone who not only understands billing mechanics but is passionate about digging into data, identifying trends, and building smart, scalable reporting tools that drive business decisions.

Youll lead a team of Billing Specialists delivering SMBs, corporate clients, and strategic partners, while also designing and maintaining advanced reporting processes using Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools. Your Arena

Lead and manage the Billing Department: recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate team performance.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation, review, and submission of all client invoices.
Conduct deep analysis on billing and financial data to identify anomalies, inefficiencies, or recurring issues (e.g., denials, underpayments, refund trends).
Build and manage automated, intelligent dashboards and reconciliation reports (in Excel/Sheets/BI).
Translate data into actionable insights to improve billing workflows and support broader business strategy.
Maintain and improve billing policies, procedures, and documentation through an internal knowledge base.
Own the reconciliation process and communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
Act as a key liaison between Billing, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
Ensure billing data integrity across systems and reporting tools.
Handle ad hoc data and reporting requests from management and clients.
Deliver high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders, with a strong focus on accuracy, clarity, and responsiveness.
Comply with Sales tax and other federal and state requirements.

The Senior Chargeback Optimization Analyst will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the company's chargeback management processes. This role is crucial in identifying inefficiencies related to chargebacks, card disputes, and fraud, and in driving data-driven decisions across the organization. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with multiple departments to ensure data accuracy, relevance, and effective utilization in risk-related activities. Your Arena:
1. Chargeback Management and Analysis
Review and Oversight
Review chargeback analyses performed by junior analysts, providing additional insights and recommendations.
Oversee chargeback processes for strategic customers, including managing Proof of Concepts (POCs).
Collaborate with the offsite team of chargeback analysts to ensure consistency, best practices and quality in chargeback handling.
Compare organizational performance against industry standards to ensure competitiveness.
Participate in industry forums and networks to stay informed about best practices.
Quality Assurance

Responsible for the QA done on cases. The operational methodology of what to be reviewed by others (e.g. decide what to sample).
Conduct quality assurance on case submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Review reports generated by analysts, ensuring clarity and precision.
Optimization of Templates and Evidence

Suggest and implement optimization processes for chargeback response templates and evidence/automation creation to increase win rates.
Leverage smaller reports (e.g. CS reports) into broader view and provide insights to improve solution.
Develop and update internal policies to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide training to team members on compliance-related topics.
2. Customer Support and Collaboration
Review and oversee customer success requests for information, leveraging deep domain knowledge to provide accurate and helpful insights.
Collaborate (and be a point of contact) with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure they get domain related support.
3. Reporting and Documentation
Establish and enforce documentation standards to ensure consistency and completeness.
Regularly review and update documentation to reflect current processes and regulations.

As a Data Scientist you’ll play an essential role in driving data-informed decisions that strengthen our AML/CFT compliance and empower business leaders with actionable insights. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver a comprehensive view of risk, monitor the impact of implemented strategies, and make critical adjustments as needed. From designing and refining transaction monitoring scenarios to producing high-quality dashboards and reports, your work will guide ongoing optimization efforts.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

* Present data and analysis in a clear and concise manner allowing the audience to quickly understand the results and recommendations so they can make informed data-driven decisions.
* Collaborate with various partners to provide a holistic view of the analysis. Measure and monitor results of applied recommendations and present adjustments.
* Develop scenarios involving tuning, calibration, segmentation, and optimization.
* Provide routine and ad hoc reporting tied to AML/CFT compliance.
* Develop insightful and compelling summary reporting and dashboards for management and business line partners.
* Support the development of policies and procedures for AML transaction monitoring life cycle, including reviews of scenario validation, segmentation and optimization tools.

What You Bring to the Table:

* 3+ years or relevant experience in the data analytics and/or data science field - Must
* 3+ years' experience using SQL/Python for querying data and for data manipulation / transformation – Must
* Significant experience in implementing an end-to-end AML/CFT compliance management platform that includes transaction monitoring tools - Must
* Native level English both written and verbal, sufficient for achieving consensus and success in a remote and largely asynchronous work environment and good Hebrew
* Experience implementing AML or Fraud Transaction Monitoring in Palantir - A plus
* Experience in Business Intelligence/Data Exploration and Visualization tools
* Experience in Implementing AML or Fraud Solutions, AML/Fraud Alert Generation Process, Scenario Management
* Strong analytic skills and problem solving with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
* Knowledge and understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence approaches, ideally with experience of applying them in an AML/Fraud context
