We are seeking a Controller to oversee financial operations and reporting for a group of international companies across multiple regions This role will play a key part in financial reporting and control, and driving business efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, and a proven ability to manage financial operations team. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a finance team in Israel.
* Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and variance of reports.
* Support financial operations across multiple business units.
* Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
* Optimize cash flow, and financial controls.
* Implement best practices in financial reporting and internal controls.
* Drive automation and efficiency improvements in financial processes.
Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting- a must.
* Big 4 experience with 2-5 years of experience in financial controlling.
* Experience with managing a team of 3-5 employees.
* Knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
* Conduct ongoing controls over bookkeeping for companies.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and great communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
* Strong goal-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* English-High level
