We're seeking a mid-level QA Engineer to join our dynamic R&D team.
This role will initially focus on manual testing processes at the first beginning state .
As a key advisor on critical features of our application, you'll help guide the transition of all regression tests to an automated level.
Your expertise will make you an essential part of the automation team in the future.
Responsibilities:
Work on the companys primary mobile application (iOS + Android).
Collaborate closely with people across engineering, product, and support to develop an exceptional experience for our customers.
Dive deep into complex problems to find their root cause.
Write and work with test case documentation (STD, STP).
Perform manual exploratory and regression testing.
Investigate issues in both test and production environments.

What You'll Do:

Perform comprehensive testing of new features to verify the requirements are met and long-term quality is upheld.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the software meets quality standards.
Define core business flows that will serve as the backbone of the automated tests written by our automation developers.
Collaborate with the Product and R&D teams to investigate and troubleshoot issues, and provide usability feedback based on customer interactions.
Work closely with the support team to understand customer pain points, which will help inform your testing strategies.
