Responsibilities ? Gather requirements, design, develop, test, implement, and support robust and scalable end-to-end BI solutions to improve business analysis capabilities. ? Translate business needs into data models by collaborating with analysts, developers, and stakeholders across the company. ? Create meaningful data visualizations to better communicate data insights to the business teams. ? Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for new opportunities. ? Support and train end-users to maximize the BI solution's effectiveness. ? Monitoring of product metrics to alert about changes, conduct ad-hoc/periodic analytics and present your results. ? Work closely with the Finance department: COO, FP&A, VP Finance.

Develop and maintain BI assets - dashboards, datasets, catalogs, and self-service solutions
Support and develop BI solutions end-to-end - from gathering business needs and developing data models to launching dashboards
Tableau develop dashboards based on best practices and support users across the company (Analysts/Tableau developers)
Support ad-hoc needs/requests of internal stakeholders
Collaborate with various departments - Product, Finance, Revenue, and Marketing

What You'll Be Doing
Design, manage and maintain analytics products and BI solutions for the entire group
Work with a variety of relational and non-relational databases (Redshift, MySQL and others)
Develop ETL processes using different tools (Airflow, and others)
Design and develop data visualization (Tableau, redash and others)
Monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported

Responsibilities:
Data Modeling:
Develop and maintain scalable and efficient data models using dbt (data build tool) and other ETL tools.
Design and implement logical and physical data models that align with business requirements and industry best practices.
SQL Expertise:
Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data.
To support business objectives, perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
dbt and Snowflake Implementation:
Utilize dbt to build, test, and deploy data transformations in a version-controlled environment.
Work extensively with Snowflake, leveraging its features for efficient data storage, processing, and querying.
Data Governance:
Establish and enforce data governance policies, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.
Document data models, transformations, and processes for knowledge sharing and team collaboration.
Collaboration:
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of data solutions.

As a BI Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in analyzing and transforming mobility data into actionable insights. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you'll gather requirements, design visualizations, and optimize data processes for informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize BI analytics tools like AWS QuickSight, Domo, Tableau, and Heap for impactful charts, graphs, and dashboards.
Implement and optimize ETL processes for accurate and timely data delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into meaningful KPIs and metrics.
Conduct data quality assessments, cleansing, and validation for accuracy and consistency.
Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in BI, data analytics, and visualization.
