What Youll Do?

Be a lead PM responsible for a best-in-class experience for the admin console and mothership that public sector agencies rely upon for everything from their long-term transportation planning to real-time operations.
Design end to end experiences that follow the life of a ride from booking to confirmation to post-ride history and support.
Build products that help transit agencies increase efficiency for their staff while increasing rider satisfaction; Other metrics include reducing time spent on support and troubleshooting and successful resolution of issues raised by riders.
Create delightful digital experiences that in turn create excellent real-world outcomes for low-income and minority populations;
Partner with engineers and architects to build a sound infrastructure that supports multiple personas and use cases while feeling purpose-built for the end user.
Strive for excellent quality products while pragmatically releasing meaningful features on a regular cadence; employ a test and learn philosophy
Build the short and long-term roadmap for your products by integrating customer feedback, data, trends and strategic initiatives, in an effort to continuously improve and expand Vias product offering
Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders around the globe and different time zones to guide prioritization and make sure that product development is focused and impactful
Lead cross-team collaboration and work on complicated problems by integrating with other product managers and development teams across the organization
