We are seeking a dynamic and experienced business intelligence (BI) team lead to join our growing organization.
The BI team lead will be responsible for leading a team of BI analysts and developers to deliver high-quality BI solutions that drive business insights and support strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in BI tools and technologies, and a proven track record of successfully managing BI projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of BI analysts and developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements for BI projects.
* Design and architect scalable and efficient BI solutions that meet business requirements.
* Oversee the development and maintenance of data warehouses, data marts, and other data repositories.
* Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, QlikView, etc.
* Monitor and optimize the performance of BI solutions to ensure fast query response times and efficient data processing.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including executives, department heads, and end-users.
* Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and technologies.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in BI and analytics.
* Manage BI projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones and budgets.
Requirements: * 3-5 years of experience in a BI or analytics role, with a focus on data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
* Strong technical skills in SQL, data modelling, and ELT processes.
* Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI or QlikView.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
* Experience in project management and Agile methodologies is a plus.
