Were looking for an Employee Experience Manager to join our team.
This role will be responsible to manage the employees experience plan as part of the HR team.
Job Responsibilities:
Build and manage the EE yearly plan, programs, and events from strategy planning to execution including budget management, vendor management, timelines, branding, logistics, etc.
Monitor our employees' feedback and ensure we are evolving our EE actions accordingly
Be a focal point for employees requests, questions and consultancy in order to ensure a positive employee experience
Work closely with different departments and stakeholders to fully understand the different needs
Manage the purchasing cycle from purchase requests to receipt of invoices for all HR activities
Support training administration as required.
Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in managing EE.
Experience in working in a high-tech-multi disciplinary company
working in an industrial company is an advantage
Strong multi-tasking skills on various projects and initiatives.
Curiosity, innovation, out of the box thinking.
Great interpersonal skills, service-oriented, go-to person.
Strong team player!
A true project manager at heart, with the ability to plan, coordinate and execute large-scale events.
Excellent English and Hebrew, both verbal and written required.
