Key Responsibilities:

Remain hands-on with coding duties, dedicating about 30% of your time to developing code for proofs of concept (POCs), addressing complex problems, and other tasks not directly related to production.

Guide a professional guild of backend developers, serving as the technical mentor for all backend development aspects related to serverless architecture within the company.
