Requirements:
* 5 + years of B2C mobile app performance marketing experience.
* 2+ years of experience in managing a team and training new employees.
* Hands-on experience with Meta or Google Ads.
* Proven experience with managing a 6-digit monthly budget (USD).
* Deep understanding of mobile attribution models.
* Understanding ASO strategies and techniques.
* B.A/BSc in relevant field.
*  data -oriented and tech-savvy personality.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Passion for Football and other Sports - Advantage.
* Familiarity with the Sports Betting industry - advantage.
