Location: Kfar Saba Responsibility:
* Manage the payroll process for 2 Israelis companies end to end – hold monthly meetings with HR, prepare monthly payroll, Calculate wages, benefits, tax deductions, etc,
* Manage new hires and leaves for payroll related processes,
* Prepare payments to government institutions (102,126 etc.)
* Main focal point for employees and external stakeholders for payroll related queries.
* Prepare payroll JEs, prepare relevant working papers for payroll accruals (vacation, severance, etc.,)
* Manage attendance process – update of new employees, terminations, leave, vacation, military reserve, etc.
* Ad hoc payroll related projects as needed.
* Partial position – 50%
Requirements: Requirements:
* Certified payroll accountant.
* At least 5 years of Experience in payroll calculation to more than 150 employees (high-tech company – Advantage)
* Solid working knowledge of payroll, including payroll tax, social insurance and compliance.
* Experience with Shiklolit system – must
* Experience with implementing new payroll system – Hashavim - Advantage.
* Strong Excel skills
* Advanced English level Skills:
* Detail oriented that produces high level of accuracy.
