The role focuses on supporting business opportunities and working closely with integrators, distributors, and partners to design and position smart home solutions for residential projects.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding of smart home ecosystems, with a customer-facing and consultative approach.
Responsibilities:
Provide presales support and solution guidance to integrators, installers, distributors, and business partners
Support smart home projects from the design stage through commercial closing
Follow up on key projects and business opportunities in collaboration with the sales team
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and professional training sessions
Build and maintain strong relationships with integrators, installers, distributors, and other B2
Requirements: Previous experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or Smart Home project environments
Familiarity with Alarms Systems, Detectors and Detectors technologies
Familiarity with CCTV Systems, Cameras and Video Analytics Solution
Familiarity with Network Systems, Router Switching and AP
Strong understanding of smart home ecosystems and home automation technologies
Familiarity with KNX and smart home solutions
Strong understanding of smart home project workflows from an integrator and installer perspective
Experience working with integrators, installers, distributors, or professional B2B partners
understanding partner and customer needs and translate them into practical smart home solutions
Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
