Requirements:
B.Sc student in Chemical Engineering/ Materials Science/Biochemical Engineering.
Have three semesters remaining until graduation
Be available to work a minimum of two days per week
Academic average of 85 or higher
Some knowledge of semiconductor wafer processing.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field; Masters degree - an advantage
Proven experience 3-5 years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, HR, or a related field.
Strong program and project management capabilities, including planning, tracking, and governance.
Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional stakeholders and interfaces.
Strong ownership of timelines, deliverables, and outcomes, with the ability to operate under pressure.
Experience working in a global, matrixed, and cross-cultural environment.
Strong consulting mindset with the ability to translate business needs into effective L&OD solutions.
Experience with digital learning platforms (LXP/LMS) and data -driven decision-making.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Hebrew and English.
High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Electrical engineering or Physics. Masters or PhD preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry in the field of reliability engineering
Familiar with semiconductor devices and electrical circuits.
Familiar with semiconductor processes.
Experience and knowledge in Electrical TEST, and electrical testers operation.
Strong ability to work independently
Background in programing.
Good Communication skills.
English - High level.
