Leading quality activities in the organizations
Routine Interface with Customers - understanding customer requirements, supporting quality events, customers audits and continuance improvement plans.
Implement and training of quality methodologies and systems within the global organization - Problem solving, automotive program, non-conforming material, etc.
Follow up quality indices, initiate and support improvement projects and activities
Perform Audits and risk assessments in the organization

Provide high level administrative support to Towers COO and leadership team within a global organization of ~3,500 employees. The Executive Assistant serves as the COOs trusted partner across the following areas:
Own the COOs calendar; coordinate complex meetings; drive follow ups
Enable COO operating rhythm, track actions with leaders and teams
Triage priorities; manage stakeholders; protect the COOs time
Streamline processes; support budgets; own projects end to end
Plan international travel; manage a changing schedule on the road
Consolidate inputs and materials for global decisions
Capture minutes; track action items to closure

Operational Excellence IE is taking part in leading the company global IE activities.
Operational Excellence IE is working closely with Global IE directors forum to drive manufacturing to excellence, efficiency and effectiveness through best known methods and systems.
Identifies bottlenecks in every Fab and drive OEE improvements, to improve productivity, cycle time and on-time delivery to customers.
Initiates, Manages & leads IE projects - for both local & global goals and for achieving all Fabs KPIs.
Establishing standardized methodologies & analytical models in planning, KPI and WIP management areas.
