Major Responsibilities

1. system Management

Act as the primary owner of shop?floor software systems.
Manage system configuration, recipes, user access, and resolve production?stopping technical issues.
2. Project Management

Lead full project lifecycles for system implementations, upgrades, and module expansions.
Translate operational and quality requirements into technical specifications.
Drive change management, including training programs to support successful adoption of new tools.
3. Compliance Traceability

Ensure all systems meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
Maintain full data integrity to support end?to?end track?and?trace of materials, sensors, and operators.

The Supply Planning team leader is responsible for leading the supply planning function to ensure product availability, optimized inventory levels, and alignment between demand, production, procurement, and logistics. This role drives executional excellence while developing planning processes, tools, and team capabilities to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Lead end-to-end supply planning processes
Translate demand forecasts into supply plans
Ensure optimal inventory levels while maintaining target service levels
Identify root causes for supply gaps and implement corrective actions
Partner with Demand Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance
Support NPI (New Product Introduction) supply readiness
Communicate risks and mitigation plans clearly to stakeholders
Implement planning best practices and KPIs
Drive automation and system optimization ( ERP, M

FP A Budget Control: Lead consolidation of budgets and forecasts across business units; monitor performance and analyze variances against financial targets.
Management Reporting: Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting packages and financial presentations for executive leadership and Monthly Business Reviews (MBR).
Strategic Support: Assist the Finance Director with strategic initiatives, financial modeling for new opportunities, and business evaluations.
Division Coordination: Synchronize reporting standards and planning cycles across various business unit finance teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
Process Improvement: Enhance data visibility and reporting efficiency through automation and the development of financial tools and dashboards.
