leading global company is hiring a Tier 2 technician
in this position you will:
Support end User "Tier 2" (Snow Tickets, F2F, DL, Phone, etc) - Troubleshooting software/hardware, repairing or replacing damaged IT equipment.
Opening a service call for a technician / external service supplier (full accompaniment of the repair)
Set up IT equipment for new employees - preparing equipment, assembling it in the office/cubicle, guidance.
Carrying out IT projects or being an IT representative in other department projects
Provide complete maintenance reports - Daily/Weekly/Quarterly IT routines (e.g.: Inspection of site equipment integrity)
Participation in IT global meetings and providing meeting summary.
IT warehouses/storerooms arrangement
IT Domain ownership - e.g.: Cellular, multimedia, procurement, documentation
Carrying out special tasks provided by IT Manager or team leader.
