Requirements:
Must have
o    Academic degree in industrial engineering/ information systems engineering / Computer Science
o    At least 2 years experience of working with business users to collect requirements, understand and analyze business processes, and transform them to functional IT systems.
o    Ability to perform requirements analysis and write design and functional documentation.
o    Knowledge in BI platforms e.g. Tableau/ QlikView/ PowerBI
o    SuccessFactors similar HCM admin experience
o    Integrations knowledge and experience (API, middleware)
o    Experience with data visualizations or dashboard designs
o    Experience in writing SQL queries (PL-SQL, t-sql,)
o    Knowledge of ETL concept (to extract, transform and load data between different systems)
o    Ability to learn new tools and techniques and apply them to client problems across industries
o    Effective problem-solving
