What Youll Do
Design and implement structured cabling systems (fiber and copper) for data Halls, MMRs, and ODF/MDF/IDF areas.
Prepare detailed low-level designs (LLD), as-built documentation, and labeling schemes.
Lead and supervise installation projects, including on-site cabling work.
Perform and validate testing: OTDR, Power Meter, Fluke measurements.
Manage lifecycle operations: capacity planning, moves/adds/changes (MAC).
Maintain accurate documentation of cable routes, fiber maps, and patch panels.
Troubleshoot complex issues: fiber breaks, high attenuation, polarity problems.
Participate in commissioning activities and integrated system testing (IST).
Requirements: Must-Have Requirements
8-10 years of hands-on experience in data Center or telecom facilities.
Advanced knowledge of fiber optic and copper cabling systems.
Practical experience with OTDR, Power Meters, and fiber inspection tools.
Ability to plan, execute, operate, and document at an expert level.
Strong understanding of data Center resiliency principles (N, N+1, 2N).
Nice-to-Have Advantages
Degree or diploma in Electrical or Telecom Engineering.
Familiarity with DCIM systems.
Experience with international standards and redundancy planning.
Technical leadership and mentoring skills.
