A company in Petah Tikva is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager / Technical Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all maintenance and operational activities.
Lead the maintenance team and ensure the proper functioning of all electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance systems.
Take full responsibility for preventive and corrective maintenance of all facility systems.
Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and various technical projects.
Supervise contractors and external service providers, ensuring compliance with service agreements and quality standards.
Manage maintenance-related projects and technical operations.
Monitor maintenance budgets and ensure efficient execution of work plans.

Requirements: Valid Chief Electrician License – Mandatory.
Proven experience in maintenance management and supervising a large team – Mandatory.
Availability for emergency calls 24/7.
3–5 years of experience managing maintenance operations in large facilities or buildings.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, piping, generators, fire detection systems, and more.
Experience with HVAC systems – An advantage.
Proficiency in computer applications.
