Responsibilities:
Own and hands on manage performance marketing and Demand Generation campaigns on multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other)
Develop and implement growth and funnel strategies for user acquisition, engagement, and monetization
Understand the buyer persona and journey, identify and map key decision makers and influencers and use to create impactful ABM campaigns
Work closely with content, product-marketing and creative to develop compelling, personalized content, messaging, and creatives that addresses our users and target audience and drives them into action
Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align efforts and drive revenue
Requirements: 5-7 years experience in B2B / SaaS / e-Commerce start up, managing user acquisition, Demand Generation or growth marketing
Highly experienced in Paid Search and Paid Social
A keen eye for creative and copywriting that gets results
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and a data -driven mindset
Thrives in a face-paced and changing environment
A team player who understands the importance of We, rather than I"
Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward
Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field
