Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
Administer Microsoft infrastructure including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, DNS, DHCP and Entra ID.
Manage VMware environments and virtualization platforms.
Provide Tier-3 support for complex infrastructure issues.
Work with Azure AWS, Storage and backup solutions.
Collaborate with global teams on infrastructure projects and continuous improvements.
Drive automation initiatives using PowerShell, Python and AI tools.
Ensure high availability, security and reliability of enterprise systems.
Requirements: - 3+ years of hands-on experience as a system /Infrastructure Engineer in a global high-tech or enterprise environment.
- Strong experience with Microsoft technologies: Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with VMware vSphere.
- Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud environments.
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, and macOS.
- Experience with Intune and/or Jamf.
- Experience with enterprise Storage and backup solutions (NetApp, QNAP, SAN/NAS or similar) - Advantage.
- Experience with PowerShell and/or Python scripting.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including Tier-3 support.
- Fluent English - written and spoken
