Own, manage and monitor the managers calendar, including on-going tasks and meeting coordination
General administrative support to the team (traveling, logistics, purchase requests, expense reports, IT issues, procurement, meetings coordination).
Assist with the onboarding experience for new employees.
Leading and organizing team building events and working processes improvement initiative
Assist with project management, action items, deadlines and budget.
Carrying out specific projects and tasks according to management request.
Preparing presentation materials for meetings, if needed
Coordinate activities within the organization and with external entities
SAP procurement activities - requisitions, POs and payments/budget control
Ad-Hoc support as required
Requirements: Minimum of 1 years of experience in administrative support role for senior executives-
Service-oriented, with a can-do approach
Professional, efficient, self-motivated, organized, Detail oriented.
A great team player and a people person
Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and work with changing priorities
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in written and spoken English
Advanced skills in Ms Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel Outlook)
Must be able to maintain highest level of confidentiality, integrity and discretion
Availability and flexibility outside working hours for the occasional tasks or events
