We are a multi-group company operating several e-commerce platforms across four international locations, with a team of approximately 70 employees. We are seeking a hands-on IT Security Infrastructure Manager to take ownership of our full IT environment.
The role includes mapping and auditing all IT systems, including website backends, user access rights, internal tools, and employee-dedicated communication channels such as WhatsApp and Telegram. You will identify vulnerabilities, implement security improvements, define internal policies, and enforce best practices across all entities.
This is a full-time, 3-month project-based role with the potential to evolve into a long-term Head of IT position for the right candidate.
Requirements: Proven experience in IT security, infrastructure management, or similar role
Strong understanding of system architecture, access control, and cybersecurity best practices
Experience auditing and securing backend systems, user permissions, and communication tools (e.g. WhatsApp, Telegram)
Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to identify and resolve vulnerabilities independently
Experience in multi-entity or international environments is an advantage
Strong organizational and documentation skills (policy creation, process definition)
Ability to work under pressure and take ownership of critical systems
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
