We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Hardware/Lab Technician Assistant to join our team and support daily production, testing, and logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the assembly, inspection, and testing of hardware products and sub-assemblies according to production procedures and engineering specifications.
Support production engineers and Quality Assurance teams with process improvements, documentation, and troubleshooting activities.
Set up production TEST environments and execute TEST protocols to verify product functionality and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R D, QA, and Customer Support.
Prepare finished products for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and quantity verification.
Coordinate and assist with local deliveries and logistics to ensure timely and safe transport of equipment and materials.
Requirements: Electrical/Electronics Practical Engineer
Former military experience as a technician strong advantage.
2-3 years of experience in a hardware production environment, electronics lab, or technical field role.
Strong technical aptitude and hands-on capabilities.
Ability to follow procedures and work with engineering documentation.
Ability to perform manual/physical work when required.
High attention to detail, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.
Valid drivers license an advantage.
