Responsibilities:
Payroll management for all employees: salary prep, vacation, sick leave, overtime, and recuperation.
Handle reports to tax authorities, National Insurance, pension and study funds.
Manage onboarding/offboarding forms 101, 161, severance.
Oversee payslips, deductions, reimbursements, and credits.
Monitor agreements, labor laws, and salary updates.
Generate payroll reports and salary data.
Record/file invoices; perform reconciliations.
Issue receipts, invoices, credit notes; prepare VAT/tax reports.
Reconcile bank accounts, cards, suppliers, and customers.
Prepare reports for the accountant.
Assist with quarterly and annual financials.
Requirements: Certified Payroll Accountant.
Bookkeeping certification Level 3 or higher A must (Level 3 preferred).
3+ years of experience in a combined payroll and bookkeeping role.
Proficiency in 'Shiklulit' and 'Michpal' payroll softwares.
Proficiency in 'NetSuite'.
Strong knowledge of Israeli labor laws and tax regulations.
Full proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
High level of organization, accuracy, personal responsibility, and ability to work independently.
Advantage:
Experience Working in the high-tech industry/ a global company.
Familiarity with Slack, Workday, FloQast, and prior bookkeeping experience, a plus
