Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Drive business growth by identifying and securing new client partnerships
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients' needs and
objectives.
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet
sales quotas.
Prepare reports on account status.
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify growth opportunities.
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Must
Experience with online marketing Must
BA/BS degree in Business Administration Sales or relevant field Advantage
Strong skills in Excel & Google sheets - Advantage
Experience with the Ecommerce industry Advantage
Excellent people skills and intuition of clients' business needs.
Work well under pressure and commit to deadlines.
The ability to work independently and within a team.
