Job Description: As a Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of pre-sales
and sales of our site, as well as customer success, retention, and upsell.
you will be also responsible for leading the company's sales team and maximizing the team's performance, according to the company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing and developing the sales team, including directing and implementing sales policies and processes to improve team performance, and improving sales workflows
2. Planning and implementing sales strategies to achieve company and team goals.
3. Managing complex sales projects and supporting the team sales.
4. Managing and regularly updating CRM and professional work tools to support sales processes.
5. Making tours, send offers, do follow ups and send contracts for clients.
6. Continuous reporting and analysis of sales performance.
Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in B2B sales - a MUST!
2. Complex sales experience - a MUST!
3. Proven experience in managing sales teams, preferably in the services industry.
4. Ability to manage and lead a team, along with the ability to work independently and set goals.
5. Extensive experience in negotiating with senior executives and decision-makers.
6. Excellent negotiation skills.
7. Strong oral and written communication skills both in Hebrew and English.
8. Highly organized and Multitasking skills- knowledge of CRM systems.
9. People person, excellent team player - a can do approach!
10. Proficiency in computer work, CRM, and office applications.
11. BA degree in relevant fields.
