Join a critical role at the heart of the supply chain in a leading defense company.
You will lead end-to-end procurement processes, manage strategic supplier relationships
Establishment of new suppliers.
Issuing RFQs to suppliers, generating purchase orders.
Tracking from issuance of purchase orders through warehouse receipt to supplier payment.
Conduct periodical suppliers' surveys, tracking expiration dates.
Manage suppliers and subcontractors, including formal and informal relationships.
Operate ongoing orders (shipments coordination, perform sampling, stock withdrawal requests).
Work closely with customs brokers, ship owners Quality Assurance companies.
Conducting Daily status calls to monitor and control delivery schedules
Provide creative solutions and rapid responses to internal customers and suppliers.
Work intensively with cross-organizational interface
Requirements: At least 5 years of global local procurement experience including export, import and drop shipments.
Deep understanding of logistics processes and supply chain management.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a multi-interface environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player mindset
Bachelor's degree or practical engineering diploma in Industrial Engineering Management, Logistics, or Economics.
Experience with ERP Priority system - Must.
High-level English (reading, writing, and leading discussions with international suppliers) - Must.
