Required Skills
Experience: 1-3 years in Customer Service (mandatory).
Language Requirement: English -Mandatory, Hebrew -Advantage
Proficiency in Zendesk or similar platforms -Advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Passion for providing great service and building customer relationships.
