Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
KLA is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented System Integrator to join our Integration Team. This role involves integration and testing of complex multidisciplinary systems-including optical components-collaboration with R&D, engineering, and field service engineers, and supporting system bring-up and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform integration and testing of electro-mechanical and optical systems
Run system-level diagnostics and identify root causes
Work closely with field service engineers to resolve technical issues
Ensure high standards of quality and compliance throughout the integration process
Operate lab equipment and maintain technical documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system readiness

Analyze build plan against inventory and supply chain data to determine demand for material procurement, generating MRP and

forecasts to suppliers 
*Monitor and control the Material to support product on time build
*Drive material flow from strategic forecast to tool shipment while planning production orders for Manufacturing, considering all products, available resources
*Plan production orders for Manufacturing, considering all products, available resources (material and capacity), and the various demand-sources
*Work in collaboration with other departments as Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, and purchasing
*Analysis of supply and demand (internal and external) and generation of reports.

As a Planner at KLA, you will be responsible to lead and manage end to end the production plan to enable and meet customer needs and according to leading Operational KPIs

You will work closely with other disciplines including MS-CA, Purchasing, Engineering, Logistics, Production, Quality, Finance and R&D.

Build accurate production plan for meeting demand while maintaining production and inventory policies established by analyzing performance, identifying trends, proposing alternatives, and real-time risk management eliminating delivery risks along the supply chain

MRP release and BOM management (NPI and ECO)

Work to resolve labor and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions. Identify, negotiate, and resolve conflicts of supply (materials and capacity) to ensure optimal outcome of production plan
