?Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, building deep relationships with both technical leads and C -suite stakeholders.
?Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities for account expansion (upsell/cross-sell) by understanding the customers roadmap and aligning it with AWS services and Midlinks Professional Services.
?AWS Optimization: Collaborate with customers to monitor AWS usage, providing insights on cost optimization (FinOps), performance efficiency, and security best practices.
?Retention Renewals: Proactively manage the renewal cycle, identifying churn risks early and executing "save" plans to ensure long-term partnership.
?Onboarding Adoption: Lead the post-sales transition, ensuring customers are successfully onboarded and are adopting the AWS features relevant to their business needs.

Key Responsibilities
? Presales Technical Leadership: Lead the technical aspect of Presale meetings and discussions with prospective clients. Conduct technical discovery sessions to deeply understand business needs, current architecture, and constraints.
? PoC Ownership Innovation: Own and execute technical Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) for new or complex client solutions, demonstrating technical feasibility and value on the AWS platform.
? Design Implementation: Participate in the design and hands-on implementation of cloud architectures (IaaS, PaaS, Serverless) on AWS, ensuring solutions meet high standards for performance, resilience, and security.
? Customer Engagement: Work closely with customer development and operations teams to understand technical needs, translate them into clear cloud blueprints, and serve as a technical resource during project execution.
